Amis & Moi has been servicing the needs of the North Balgowlah community since 2016. Founded by life time Northern Beaches resident and mother of three, Melissa Hyde.
Amis & Moi was created to provide the local community with a broad range of multi-generational gifts, homewares, kids, men’s and exclusive Australian designer clothing. Our Australian clothing brands include Humidity Lifestyle, Shanty, Holiday, Brave + True, Lula Soul, Lula Life, JJSisters . Our passion is to be a part of the community and the families that enjoy this wonderful part of the world.
Melissa’s has designed the store to cater for people just like herself. Busy Northern beaches mum’s and their families. However it is her personal touch that sets her apart. “over the years Melissa has almost become an extension of our family. We go to her for everything” one customer noted. Children, grandchildren, Grandparents, all milestone birthdays or just a simple scarf. Melissa has it all covered.
Sparing locals the need to travel and face the inevitable parking challenges at larger shopping malls, it is Melissa’s friendly demeanour and tailored service offering that sets her apart. “People still really value personalised face to face service and experienced styling advice” says Melissa. “In the end, it is all about relationships and I truly regard my regular customers as friends. I look forward to opening my shop every morning”.
