SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS AUSTRALIA

Standard Shipping -

Flat rate $12.00 | 3 -7 business days depending on the delivery location.

Express Shipping -

Flat rate $ 17.00 | 2 -3 business days depending on delivery location.

 

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150.00 $10.00 for Express Shipping for orders over $150.00

INTERNATIONAL Amis & Moi, unfortunately, doesn't ship internationally.

PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process orders within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once we have processed your order, it will be delivered within 2-7 business days by Australia Post.* *Parcels being delivered to rural and international addresses may incur a longer wait time. While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during busy promotional and sale periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch. Please note that items may be sent in multiple deliveries based on the location of the items ordered. This is done to speed up delivery times. You will receive tracking details for each delivery.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to replace your product, please contact shop@amismoi.com or phone 0425345920.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to the shop. You will receive a refund for the product/s and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.

All orders can be collected from our store at Shop 5, 44 Woodbine Street North Balgowlah NSW 2093

You can modify your pick up order at any time by contacting us on (02) 9949 1410 or by email at shop@amismoi.com.

Depending on the size of your order and the time it is placed, it may be ready for pick up on the same day.

We will contact you either by phone or email to confirm when your order is ready to be picked up.

Orders will be kept for 7 days and we will contact you to remind you to collect your order.
